Taito Country - The Comic, and How It Came to Be

Taito Country - The Comic is the third major installment in the Taito Country "legacy", though it takes place in a slightly different continuum from the tSfmb thread and the fanfic, in that in those storylines, Mike was already in Taito Country, a fact which is not true in the comic strip.

Taito Country - The Comic was inspired on a day in mid-June, which may or may not have been a lovely one. Thanks to the power of high school yearbooks and Google, Shannon had found her worst enemy and ex-crush Mike's webcomic, Sidwood, and was proceeding to laugh at it. Not anything which was actually supposed to be funny, but at how absolutely moronic it was. Suprisingly, for this mid-June day was some weekday or another, Alyson came on, and she and Shannon IM'ed. Shannon showed Ally the comic, and had the inspiration to make a comic to make fun of it... only she couldn't draw well consistently. Ally volunteered... but said she was bad at writing comic scripts. So the two decided to collaborate. The result: Taito Country - The Comic. Though the premise has changed from making fun of the strip to bashing its artist, it's still lovely vengeful fun. Enjoy.
